1. All the mobile games on the Funnearn platform are ‘Games of Skill’. Different games will reward different skills but each game will reward certain skills like hand-eye coordination, knowledge of the game, experience, familiarity with rules, practice, and reflexes, etc.
2. All the users must take note that all games available on the Funnearn platform are games where the winning of the user or their performance depends predominantly upon their superior knowledge experience, attention, training, and Game of Skill in playing the game. ‘Game of Skill’ under the Indian law is excluded from the ambit of gambling legislations, which includes the Public Gaming Act of 1867.
3. Any individuals residing in the restricted states should not indulge/ participate in any mobile games or tournaments/ contests/ carnivals in the app. Any such participation by an individual shall be at their sole risk and discretion. Funnearn will not be liable to refund or reimburse any damages or injuries suffered by such individuals.
4. Funnearn reserves the right to monitor all or any activity from a user’s account on the platform. If a user participates in mobile games or tournaments/ contests/ carnivals in the app in violation of the central and/ or state law(s) in India, the company reserves all the rights to cooperate with law enforcement agencies of the relevant state. We also reserved the right to report such participation and/ or any suspicious activity along with all the relevant details of the user(s).
5. Funnearn gaming app does not endorse, support or offer any user ‘games of chance’ for money. Each mobile game or contest available on the platform has rules and code of conduct that are clearly defined. The users of the app are encouraged to read, understand, and follow the rules to win in the games.
